The caller has a one-page brief that separates public facts from things that were not found.
Time: About one to two days, including a trial on an old record.
Difficulty: Moderate
Tools: Apollo, Claude, Notion
A call starts with a scramble through old tabs. Public facts and private guesses get mixed in the same sentence.
The caller has a one-page brief that separates public facts from things that were not found.
A booked call, then sourced notes, then a brief on the contact.
Public outline. Setup, settings, and prompts are on the full specification.
Trigger · Apollo
A call is booked with a contact already in the list Nothing is sent yet.
Action · Claude
A draft is made from the public pages you paste, not memory. A person reads it before it goes anywhere.
Check · Notion
A person keeps the accepted text on the brief.
First setup: About one to two days, including a trial on an old record.
After it is running: A few hours a week of drafting, once a person still checks the output.
These are planning ranges, not a measurement of your business. They are not a promise of time saved, and they are not a quote for implementation.
